Clear aligners
Clear aligners are thin, custom-made trays worn over the teeth. Each set moves the teeth a little further, and you change to the next set every week or two.
Why people like them
They are hard to see, they come out for eating and brushing, and there are no brackets or wires to rub.
What they ask of you
Aligners work only while they are being worn — about twenty-two hours a day. They suit people who will keep to that.
