Dr. Brian Leland handles complex surgical cases inside Worcester Cosmetic & Restorative Dentistry. He places single and multiple dental implants, alongside zygomatic and pterygoid implants for patients who have lost bone. You receive care focused entirely on implant surgery and restorations.

Dr. Brian Leland
DMD, MSD, DABOI/IDDr. Brian Leland earned his DMD at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice Residency at Morristown Medical Center in North Jersey. He also holds an MSD in Comprehensive Oral Implantology from Jacksonville University, graduating in the class of 2026.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry. He is one of the youngest dentists to achieve this Diplomate status. He teaches other dentists to place implants as the Course Director for Implant Pathway's Nashville Fast Track.
His undergraduate degree is from Williams College, and he gained additional academic experience at Exeter College, Oxford University. He studied Mandarin Chinese for seven years, including time at Minzu University of China. He speaks English and conversational Mandarin Chinese with his patients.
He is originally from New England and continues to root for the Patriots and Celtics. Outside the dental clinic, he skis the backcountry of Utah's Little Cottonwood Canyon. He is married and shares his home with a miniature labradoodle named Harry.
